Hi Mama! I'm Anne. The creator of Empowered Decisions and your dedicated pregnancy, birth, & sleep coach. Over the past 6+ years, I have supported over 500 women and families on their journeys. I'm so grateful to have been a support system for many around the globe.
My journey started after having my first son, despite being told his sleep struggles were normal, I knew I needed help. It was a call with one coach who changed it all for me. I become a sleep coach and later on coached him to restful sleep. I then stepped into confident motherhood!
3 years later, I struggled terribly in my second pregnancy and I also I didn't want a repeat of care. I took things into my own hands and created a path for an empowered pregnancy and beautiful birth. I expanded my coaching services and I now help women achieve the same!
